Tomeka Boothe, EMHRM has extensive experience in Human Resources (HR). Tomeka began their career in 2009 at Praxair, Inc. as a Commercial Leadership Program Associate - HR. In 2011, they moved to RLJ Lodging Trust as an HR Generalist. In 2013, they joined CPA Global as an HR Business Partner. In 2016, they moved to EY as an Assistant Director, Human Resources. In 2018, they joined Sage as a People Business Partner (Human Resources Business Partner). In 2020, they moved to NCC Group as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, they are the Director, People & Culture at The Gathering Spot.

Tomeka Boothe holds a BA from Clark Atlanta University in Business Administration - Supply Chain Management and is currently enrolled in the Executive Master - Human Resource Management program at Cornell University.
