Nathan Ott

Nathan Ott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business consultancy and executive roles. As Chief Polisher at The GC Index since July 2015, Nathan focuses on evaluating natural inclinations that enhance individual contributions within organizations. Nathan also serves as a Non Executive Director and Director at eg.1 Global, a business insight and talent consultancy, while acting as Commercial Director and Business Ambassador at Ambitious about Autism to support the transition of autistic young people from education to employment. Prior involvement includes founding membership at Not Actively Looking, an international platform for senior executives, and account management at Tikit.
