Eleanor Donovan

Eleanor Donovan is an experienced media professional currently serving as an Advisor at The GenAI Collective and as a Digital Media Consultant at Eleanori Consulting since February 2024, with a focus on podcasts, documentaries, and generative AI. Previously, Eleanor held the position of Executive Director for Video & Audio at Vox Media from April 2022 to February 2024 and served as Executive Producer at The Verge from March 2018 to April 2022, overseeing award-winning tech and science programming. Additional experience includes roles as Showrunner for CNN’s Beme News, Executive Producer at Group Nine Media, and Executive Producer at Discovery Digital Networks, where content creation strategies attracted over 200 million monthly views. Eleanor also contributed as an independent producer for Link TV and co-authored works for the United Nations. Eleanor holds a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Puget Sound and has education from the School for International Training.
