Wendy Tawater (Foy)

Wendy Tawater (Foy) serves as the Sr. Research Operations Manager at The Geneva Foundation, where responsibilities include leading the program design and execution of a $42.6 million research portfolio and securing contracts for en route care strategic plans. Previously, as Grants Director for the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas, Wendy successfully increased the grants management portfolio from $6 million to over $55 million within 18 months, while also managing grant proposals for over 80 programs. Wendy's professional experience spans various roles, including data analysis at CVS Health, workforce development at the Texas Workforce Commission, and project leadership at Catholic Charities USA. Earlier career highlights include project and customer service management positions at KaVo Kerr and DEXIS, and human resources assistance at Power Partners, Inc. Wendy is a guest lecturer at the University of Georgia, addressing topics such as diversity and social services. Wendy holds a B.S. in Psychology from Georgia State University.
