Melissa Bhiro

Melissa Bhiro is currently an Assistant Case Manager at The GEO Group, Inc., where responsibilities include supporting formerly incarcerated individuals in areas such as job search assistance, housing placement, and mental health counseling. Prior experience includes serving as an Investigative Intern in the Special Victims Unit at the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office, focusing on cases of sexual assault and child abuse, and aiding in reviewing evidence. Additionally, Melissa has worked in retail sales at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. and as a cashier at Sky Zone Trampoline Park, demonstrating strong customer service skills. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology from Arizona State University, expected to be completed in December 2024, and a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from Kean University, obtained in May 2023. Further education includes an Associate's degree in Psychology from Middlesex College and a high school diploma from South Plainfield High School.
