Theresa Peterson MPA, (PHR) is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at The GEO Group, Inc. since December 2018, Theresa has previously held positions such as Human Resources Director at Compassion-First Pet Hospitals, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment and employee relations in multiple states. Past experience also includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Corbett Exterminating, Deputy Director of Human Resources for the NJ State Office of the Attorney General, and Manager of Human Resources at the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, where Theresa managed core HR functions such as onboarding, benefits, and employee development.
