Timothy Sheridan

Timothy Sheridan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Currently serving as Senior Director-Corporate Counsel at The GEO Group, Inc. since March 2018, Timothy also founded and holds the position of VP HR at Employee Relations Leadership in the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina Area. His expertise spans attending networking events, researching industry leaders, and tracking trends in HR and employee relations. Previously, Timothy worked as Director of Employee Relations at Martin Marietta Materials from September 1998 to August 2017 and as Regional Manager HR and Attorney at American Airlines from 1994 to 1998. Timothy earned a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law (1982) and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Binghamton University (1978).
