Trish Drees

Trish Drees is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as a Member of The George Washington Law Review since June 2023. Drees has gained practical legal experience through roles such as a Summer Associate at Kirkland & Ellis and a Legal Intern with the U.S. Department of Justice, focusing on the Office for Victims of Crime. Drees also completed a Judicial Internship with The Honorable James Crowell IV at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, where judicial memoranda were drafted and legal research was conducted. Prior to pursuing a career in law, Drees held various positions in management consulting and leadership roles within organizations like CMG and Kappa Delta Sorority. Drees holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The George Washington University Law School and Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
