Robin Cobb

Robin Cobb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare reimbursement and patient account management. Since January 2007, Robin has served as the Reimbursement Analyst Team Lead at The GW Medical Faculty Associates, overseeing refund requests and reviewing overpayment requests from insurance payers. Previously, Robin held multiple roles within the organization, including Reimbursement Analyst, Reimbursement Specialist/Coder, and Patient Account Representative/Team Leader. Prior to this, Robin worked at Van Horn Medical Center as a Patient Account/Medical Biller/Receptionist and gained experience in customer service and administrative roles at Rite Aid Pharmacy, Bank of America, and the Smithsonian Institution. Robin holds a CCS degree in Medical Office Professional from Career Technical Institute and a diploma in Computer Science from Calvin Coolidge High.
