Shannon Weaver

Shannon Weaver, PMP, has extensive experience in information technology and project management, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Applications and Project Management at the German Marshall Fund of the United States since October 2006. Previous roles at the same organization include Deputy Director of IT, Manager of Database Services, and Database Administrator. Prior to this, Shannon worked as a Database Administrator at the American Enterprise Institute from December 2004 to October 2006 and served as Database Coordinator at the Peterson Institute from 1998 to 2004. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Frostburg State University and has obtained certificates in Database Administration, Multimedia and Web Design, and Web Development from The George Washington University.
