Tina Bovermann

Tina Bovermann currently serves as the Senior Development Manager at the German Marshall Fund of the United States since September 2024. Previously, Tina held the position of National Leader/Executive Director at L'Arche USA from June 2015 to June 2023, focusing on building friendships between individuals with and without intellectual disabilities. Tina's experience also includes roles such as Marketing Manager at CBM, where strategic fundraising and advocacy were emphasized, and Event Director at L'Arche Internationale, responsible for organizing a major international conference. A background in communication management was cultivated at L'Arche Internationale and through a consultancy role at UNESCO, planning conferences on intercultural dialogue. Tina has freelanced on multimedia and strategy projects across several countries and holds an M.A. in International Politics from Université libre de Bruxelles and a Diplom in Economics from University of Hamburg.
