Jena Caputo has always been driven to help others. After completing their undergraduate degree in English, they decided to pursue a career in education. For two years, they taught English as an adjunct professor at the City University of New York-College of Staten Island. During their time there, they created course materials and fostered students' commitment to lifelong learning.

In 2019, Jena decided to make a career change and took a job as a customer service specialist. Jena enjoyed helping customers and solving problems, but they missed the interaction with students. In 2020, they got a job as an account executive at The Get Smart Group, where they use their skills to help clients achieve their marketing goals.

In their free time, Jena enjoys spending time with their friends and family, reading, and going on hikes with their dog.

Jena Caputo has a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from the College of Staten Island CUNY. Jena also has a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island. Jena is certified by HubSpot in Digital Advertising.
