AJ Rollins, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in retail operations and HR management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at The GIANT Company since March 2013, AJ oversees HR Retail Operations with a focus on E-commerce and Perishable distribution, supervising Division HR Managers and HR Business Partners. Previous roles include Regional Director of Operations and Division Human Resources Manager, where AJ led teams and partnered with divisional leadership to enhance staffing, development, recruitment, and retention strategies across the Greater Philadelphia region. Early career experiences include supervisory positions during new store openings and various assistant store manager roles at Weis Markets, as well as a Grocery Manager role at County Market. AJ holds a degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Western Illinois University.
