Donna Allen

Donna Allen is an experienced Systems Analyst at The Gideons International since February 2016. Previously, Donna served as a Technical Support Analyst at Common Cents Systems, Inc. from April 2011 to February 2016, where responsibilities included providing technical support for LIMS software, troubleshooting SQL stored procedures, and coordinating projects for state public health labs. Prior experience also includes a role as a DBA at Ingram Book Company, managing data replication systems and serving as a liaison between infrastructure and development teams, and a QA Technical Analyst at HCA, ensuring the quality of distributed systems used in hospitals. Donna holds a Master’s Degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Sociology from the University of Tennessee-Martin.
