Marco Castilla

Marco Castilla currently holds the position of Camp Vicepresident at The Gideons International and serves as Architect IT in the Enterprise Domain at Celestica since June 2025. Prior to these roles, Marco was the Information Security and Cyber Security Manager at Avis México from October 2023 to June 2025, and held several managerial positions at Cotemar, including Information Technology Infrastructure and Applications Manager from January 2016 to February 2023, and IT Applications Manager. Additionally, Marco served as Software Engineering Manager at Alpine Electronics of America, Inc. from May 2013 to December 2015 and worked as IT Applications Manager at Celestica from September 2010 to May 2013. The career began at WoodCrafters as IT MIS Manager from 2005 until March 2010. Marco holds an MBA in Management of Information Technologies from Universidad Tecmilenio, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Ciudad Madero, and completed a strategic business transformation program at IPADE Business School.
