Richard Skelley

Richard Skelley has extensive experience in quality management and team leadership across various industries. Since May 2005, Richard has served as Sr. Manager of Membership Recruitment at The Gideons International, while also taking on multiple leadership roles, including Lead Field Manager for the USA Division. Prior to this, Richard held the position of Vice President of Quality at both Wyman Gordon and PCC Forged Products, focusing on the implementation of consistent quality processes across multiple plant sites. Richard's career began at PCC Airfoils, LLC, where various roles culminated in the position of Division Engineering Systems Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Quality & Process Manager at AETC Yeadon Leeds and PCC Airfoils LLC. Richard holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Numerical Analysis from The University of Akron and further education from Case Western Reserve University.
