The Membership Operations and Recruitment team at The Gideons International is responsible for enhancing member engagement and driving recruitment efforts. They develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract new members, oversee stewardship and governance processes, and streamline operational efficiencies to support the association's mission of spreading the Christian faith.
