Lew Gildred

Lew Gildred is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as Principal at David B. Norton Inc. since November 2007 and as Owner and Member of the Board of Directors at The Gildred Companies since June 2010, a family-owned business with nearly a century of legacy in Southern California commercial real estate. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Vice President at Pacific Heights Holdings, where responsibilities included underwriting and asset management for various projects, as well as directing the venture spin-off from PacTen Partners, where Lew Gildred also worked as a Senior Associate.
