The Gildred Companies was founded in 1927 and has a legacy of developing, investing, and operating commercial real estate in Southern California for nearly 100 years.

Beginning with the development, construction and operation of the landmark San Diego Fox Theater Building, now Copley Symphony Hall and Symphony Towers, The Gildred Companies has a legacy in San Diego of nearly 100 years. 

Today the group is a diversified company with assets throughout the region including a portfolio of industrial and business parks, new developments in renewable power and real estate and continues to seek strategic investments in complementary business opportunities.
