Lisa Murphy

Lisa Murphy has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Glenmor Concierge at Gleneagles since February 2015, alongside a six-month secondment as Manpower Planner within The People Team and a maternity leave cover as Assistant Manager for Glenmor Seasonal Ownership. Prior to this, Lisa worked at The Gleneagles Hotel from June 2006 to April 2014, where roles included Guest Services Supervisor, Guest Services Co-ordinator, and Private Dining Supervisor, providing support in maintaining high standards in Food & Beverage Services. Earlier experience at Macdonald Hotels began as Fine Dining Food Service Waiter, followed by roles as F&B Assistant and Trainee Manager, which involved comprehensive training across various hotel departments.
