Kendra Kalos

Kendra Kalos is a customer service professional with extensive experience in client relations and support. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at The Glenview Trust Company since August 2022, Kendra previously worked at The Rawlings Group from February 2016 to August 2022, initially as a Claims Auditor before being promoted to Client Service Specialist, focusing on maintaining client relationships and addressing their needs promptly. Prior to that, Kendra held the position of Community Relations Specialist at Operation: PARENT from August 2014 to January 2016, where responsibilities included establishing connections with industry influencers and attending conferences. Kendra holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology from the University of Louisville, achieved between 2003 and 2005, and attended Eastern Kentucky University from 2000 to 2003.
