Dennis Nderitu

Dennis Waweru Nderitu is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Energy Systems at The Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP) since October 2022. In this role, Dennis leads initiatives focused on electricity supply and economics to support Mission 300 and the Africa Single Electricity Market (AfSEM), promoting social and economic development across the continent. Previous experience includes managerial roles at The Rockefeller Foundation and Energy 4 Impact, as well as technical positions at Davis & Shirtliff and PowerGen Renewable Energy. Dennis holds a Certificate in Global Energy and Climate Policy from SOAS University of London, a Postgraduate Certificate in Engineering from Davis & Shirtliff Academy, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Technical University of Kenya.
