Stanley Ngugi

Stanley Ngugi currently serves as the Head of People, Culture & DEI at The Global Fund for a New Economy since February 2025. With a wealth of experience, including a role as Vice President - People, Operations & Community at Busara from April 2019 to December 2024, Stanley has effectively led comprehensive people strategies and directed teams in Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations. Previous positions include Director of Training at GenesisArk, Director of Learning at Spire Education, and General Manager - Training Programs at Centonomy Ltd, highlighting a strong focus on training and development across various sectors. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, both obtained from the University of Nairobi.
