The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria
Emmanuel Ochai is a Public Health Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) expert with extensive experience in global health initiatives. Currently serving as a Public Health M&E expert at The Global Fund since October 2021, Emmanuel conducts country audits for Global Fund implementations. In addition, Emmanuel has been engaged as a consultant for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria since 2018, focusing on performance and systems strengthening for grants. Since 2017, Emmanuel has also worked with Frontline AIDS, supporting Global Fund programs as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. Previous roles include consultancy positions with Synergos/BMGF, GMS/MSH, and the World Bank, focusing on performance, M&E, and systems strengthening across various sectors, including health and agriculture. Emmanuel holds an MRes in Social and Education Research from the University of London, completed between 2013 and 2015.
