Roy Mutandwa is an experienced Evaluation Specialist currently engaged with ME&A, Inc. on the USAID Global Health’s Infectious Disease Detection and Surveillance Project Performance Evaluation since April 2023. With a strong background in assessment and evaluation, Roy has held various significant positions, including Assessment Consultant for hera – right to health and development, Evaluation Expert at the Center for Civilians in Conflict, and Evaluation Team Leader for organizations such as Norwegian People's Aid and the International Rescue Committee. Roy's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Disaster Management from the National University of Science and Technology, along with certifications in Monitoring and Evaluation from prestigious institutions. Roy's expertise spans multiple regions and sectors, focusing on enhancing coordination mechanisms and supporting accountability and learning initiatives in challenging contexts.
