Jillian McNew

Jillian McNew is an experienced mental health professional with a comprehensive background in clinical management and therapy. Currently serving as Clinical Manager and previously as Clinical Coordinator at Wellness Together School Mental Health since February 2021, Jillian has also worked as a Marriage and Family Therapist at Sierra Aurora Therapy since March 2013. Prior roles include EAP Clinical Supervisor and EAP Senior Intake Counselor at Sutter Health from April 2014 to September 2022, as well as Clinical Art Therapist at Sutter Children's Bereavement Art Group from February 2013 to November 2019, where bereavement group counseling was provided to children and adolescents. Additionally, Jillian has experience as a Bereavement Therapist at Yolo Hospice and a Marriage and Family Therapist at Terra Nova Counseling, focusing on community-based services for children and families. Jillian holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University-Sacramento.
