Craig Swanson

Craig Swanson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and revenue management. Currently serving as Director of Revenue Operations at The Global Orphan Project since January 2025, Swanson previously held the position of Director of Field Operations at CarePortal from April 2022 to January 2025. Prior experience includes a variety of roles at Cerner Corporation from May 2004 to April 2022, including Operations Manager, Senior Practice Manager, Operations Leader, Senior Business Analyst for the Emergency Medicine Group, and Senior Pricing Analyst. Swanson earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2001 and holds a degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, obtained in 1998.
