Lauren Pare has extensive experience in digital product innovation, category management, and advanced advertising. Lauren has held leadership positions at acclaimed companies such as The Globe and Mail, Rogers Sports & Media, Harlequin, CBC, IMG Media, and Gearwerx.

At The Globe and Mail, Lauren served as the Head of Digital Product Innovation & Category Management. Lauren spearheaded strategic business development initiatives, fostered partnerships, and identified new revenue opportunities within the digital advertising landscape. Lauren collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement digital advertising solutions throughout the organization.

During their tenure at Rogers Sports & Media, Lauren held multiple roles. As the Manager of Go To Market Systems & Product Operations, they developed and executed product roadmaps, ensuring successful product launches and scalability. Lauren also monitored product revenue and analytics to drive adoption and improve processes. In their role as Manager of Digital Transformation, Advanced Advertising, Lauren developed processes, playbooks, and strategic recommendations for product execution and scalability. Lauren served as a conduit between different business elements for advanced TV products. Additionally, as the Manager of Revenue Planning & Strategy, Digital, Lauren led revenue generation and operational objectives for various content divisions.

At Harlequin, Lauren held the position of Manager, Digital Marketing. Lauren collaborated with different teams to enhance digital marketing programs, optimize customer relationships, and increase revenue across platforms. Lauren also managed strategic planning initiatives, brand development, and business development mandates.

Lauren worked at CBC as an Interactive Producer for Sports, where they developed data assessments, managed relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and led the development of wireframes and storyboards. Lauren also worked as a Web Marketing Specialist, promoting brand consistency and managing digital partnerships.

Before that, Lauren worked as an Interactive Project Manager at IMG Media and as a Hiring & Recruiting Manager at Gearwerx.

Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive revenue growth in the digital advertising space.
