Zahra Naghsh is a seasoned data scientist currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at The Globe and Mail since April 2020, following a role as a Data Scientist. Prior to this, Zahra held the position of Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Toronto from August 2019 to April 2020 and worked as a Researcher in collaboration with Fujitsu Co-Creation Research Laboratory from August 2018 to April 2020. Zahra's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering with a focus on communications from the University of Toronto, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Applied Science from Isfahan University of Technology. Additionally, Zahra gained valuable experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Toronto from September 2012 to June 2019.
