Elliott Rader is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis, marketing, and entrepreneurship. As Co-Founder of The GFB since January 2013, Elliott has played a key role in expanding the brand's gluten-free food offerings, which are now sold in 15,000 retail locations across the US and Canada. Prior to this, Elliott held various roles at Google from March 2004 to January 2013, including Senior Analytical Lead, where innovative analysis methods were developed for major online travel clients, as well as positions focusing on website analytics and account management for Fortune 100 companies. Elliott's earlier experience includes a Sales Representative role at Palm Inc. and a Network Analyst position at EDS. Elliott holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Human/Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and IT from Marquette University.
