Jes DeVille is an accomplished arts and entertainment professional with extensive experience managing and consulting for organizations at the intersection of climate and culture. As the Executive Artistic Director and founder of Openhaus Athletics, Jes has developed innovative dance-theatre projects focused on land stewardship and public health. In various roles, including Sales Operations Manager at Circosphere Entertainment and Corporate Culture Strategist at The Go Game, Jes has streamlined operations, enhanced customer experiences, and facilitated team-building events. Additionally, contributions to educational initiatives are evident through positions as an Aerial Educator with BANDALOOP and as a guest curator at ODC/Dance. Jes's expertise extends to grant adjudication for arts funding initiatives with the California Arts Council and the San Francisco Arts Commission. With a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Jes combines a strong academic foundation with a commitment to fostering diversity and engagement in the arts.
