Shane Broyles

Shane Broyles has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Shane began their career in 1988 as a Field Service Representative for Nortel Networks. In 1989, they became a Lineman for Sprint Nextel, where they performed both aerial and buried telecommunications cable plant construction and maintenance. In 1991, they joined RURAL TELEPHONE/NEX-TECH as a Senior Electronics Technician and Electronics Technician. In 1994, they were promoted to Central Office Manager, Central Office Supervisor, Research and Development Coordinator, Network Engineer, and Central Office Technician. In 2014, they moved to Brazoria Telephone Co as a Network Operations Administrator. In 2017, they were promoted to Plant Operations Manager at Green Hills Telephone Companies. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Director of Operations at Golden Belt Telephone.

Shane Broyles attended Goodland Vo-Tech from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained a Diploma in Telecommunications Technology/Technician.
