Sushama Biswas

Sushama Biswas is a hospitality professional with experience in various roles within the hotel industry. Currently serving as a Captain and Room Service Order Taker at The Golkonda Hotel since May 2022, Sushama previously worked as a Stewardess and Hotel Operational Trainee, focusing on room service operations. Sushama gained foundational hospitality experience during an industrial training stint at The Dolphin Palace Hotel in 2021. Sushama holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from Dolphin School of Hotel Management, complemented by a high school diploma from Deshapriya Balika Vidyamandir High School.
