Kristina Kalkman is a seasoned executive leader with extensive experience in executive search and consulting. Currently serving as a Partner at The Good Board and a member of Chief, Kristina is dedicated to leveraging leadership for positive impact. Previously, Kristina held partnerships at Kingsley Gate and August Leadership, as well as positions as an Executive Search Consultant at Talence Group and Managing Partner at K&S Joint Venture. Known for a strategic, consultative approach, Kristina has successfully led high-stakes executive recruitments and driven organizational initiatives that significantly improved operational performance. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Montana State University-Bozeman and a Business Administration Certificate from Oregon State University.
