Brooks Hart is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in executive and regional chef roles across various renowned establishments. Currently serving as the Regional Executive Chef at The Good Eating Company since June 2023, Brooks previously held significant positions such as Chef De Cuisine at Little Goat Diner and or, The Whale. Additional leadership experience includes roles as Executive Chef at 1308 Restaurant and Rain, as well as Traveling Chef at Dinner Lab, Inc. Brooks Hart is skilled in menu development, quality control, and staff management, with an educational background in Culinary Arts from The Art Institutes, graduating with an Associate of Arts degree.
