Drue Hingeley is a recent graduate from the University of California, Berkeley, holding a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. Experience includes an internship at Good Face Project, where optimization of an Excel program for chemical hazard classification and analysis of over 10,000 toxic chemicals took place. Hingeley contributed as a member and Chapter Historian for Alpha Chi Sigma, documenting events and adapting presentations to an online format. Involvement in ChemE Car at Berkeley included roles in the Electrochemical Clock and Vitamin C Clock teams, focusing on measurements and mitigating sensor issues. Additionally, Hingeley participated in mentoring high school students in introductory chemical engineering concepts through AIChE, designed brake systems for solar-powered vehicles with the UC Berkeley Solar Vehicle Team, and gained customer service experience at Robeks.
