Darlene Donovan is an accomplished organization manager with extensive experience in retail and operational management. Currently, Darlene leads the management and strategic growth of 11 retail locations for The Good Feet Store, implementing innovative expansion strategies and overseeing the rollout of Salesforce. Previously, as Vice President of Retail at Orion Federal Credit Union, Darlene managed multiple branch locations and a call center, focusing on exceptional customer service and operational growth. Darlene's tenure as Director of Retail Operations at Payless ShoeSource involved overseeing 400 locations and collaborating on initiatives to enhance sales and operational performance. Darlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota, a Graduate Banking Degree from the Barret School of Banking, and is currently pursuing further education at Villanova University.
