Valerie Burton currently serves as the Executive Assistant for the Policy team at The Good Food Institute, focusing on improving the global food system. Valerie holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in English with minors in Business and French from the University at Albany.
