Customer Experience Project Lead at The Good Guys

Cora X. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Cora began their career in 2011 as a CO-founder and designer at Style Vader space before transitioning to a fashion designer role at Yisao Cosmetics Limited. In 2015, Cora worked as an administrative assistant at Caroline K. Morgan, followed by an internship as a fashion designer at Bariano in 2016. Cora then gained experience as a marketing coordinator at ADCESS - WeChat Marketing Agency in 2017.

Continuing their career, Cora joined Dropbox in 2018 as a Dropbox SMB Account Executive for the Asia Pacific region. Cora later worked at TableCheck as a Sales Executive from 2019 to 2020 and as a Customer Success representative from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Unleashed Software as a Customer Success associate.

In 2022, Cora became a Customer contact centre Team Lead at Box Hill Institute and currently holds the position. In 2023, they will start a new role as a Customer Experience Project Lead at The Good Guys.

Cora X attended Raffles Design Institute from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design. Cora then pursued a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at RMIT University from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Day to Day Management and Supervision of Staff" from the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2022, and in "Writing Customer Service Emails" and "\u6210\u529f\u9500\u552e\u7684\u63d0\u95ee\u7b56\u7565" from LinkedIn in 2019.
