Wilson Cho has a wealth of experience in various managerial and sales roles, with a strong background in operations and sales coordination. Wilson has worked at The Good Guys as an Operations Manager and multiple Sales Manager positions. Wilson also freelances as a designer at Ottographics. Prior to this, Wilson held coordinator and future leader roles at Officeworks. Wilson's early career began at McDonalds, where Wilson worked their way up to become a Manager. Wilson has pursued various educational opportunities, including a Diploma in Management from B.E.V Consulting Engaging Dialogue and multiple certificates related to design, graphic design, and retail management.

In November 2016, JB Hi-Fi acquired The Good Guys, identifying the brand to be a strong strategic fit. Now united as the JB Hi-Fi Limited, this partnership has created a new force in Australian retailing.
