As the co-founder of Unlimited Boundaries and through Jenny Hegland Consulting, Jenny has developed strategies to enhance teamwork and leadership across various sectors, including education, healthcare, and nonprofits. Past roles include executive director at Commonwealth Advocates for Recovery Efforts, where Jenny successfully led disaster recovery initiatives, and various positions at educational institutions, focusing on career development and community engagement. Jenny holds advanced degrees in Community Counseling and Communications and has specialized training in transformative business practices.

The Good Listening Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that cultivates resilience and wellbeing in healthcare. For healthcare champions and innovators investing in employee wellness & retention, organizational resilience-building, the patient experience, and diversity/equity/inclusion goals, we offer a unique and powerful solution–listening.
