Clinical Advisor at The Good Listening Project

Matthew Brown currently serves as the Director of Nursing Staff Development at VHC Health, a position held since June 2021, and has also taken on the role of Assistant Director of Staff Development. In addition, Matthew works as a Clinical Advisor for both Sen Sound and The Good Listening Project since early 2021 and late 2020, respectively. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Sibley Memorial Hospital from February 2008 to April 2021, where roles included Nurse Manager and RN III on a Med-Surg unit. Educational accomplishments encompass a Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration from George Mason University and two Bachelor's degrees: one in Registered Nursing from Salisbury University and another in Health and Wellness from James Madison University.

The Good Listening Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that cultivates resilience and wellbeing in healthcare.
