Lars Kappen

Lars Kappen co-founded NOA - Not Our Agency in January 2023 and holds the position of Captain of Business Development. Lars also founded ZERO in January 2017, where Lars focuses on helping Social Impact Ventures grow. Lars is also the founder of The Vectory, a strategic commercial boutique agency specializing in sports and entertainment. Additionally, Lars serves as a Partner and the Captain of Partnerships & International Growth at The Good Roll, a company that provides eco-friendly toilet paper while supporting the installation of safe toilets in developing countries. In September 2014, Lars founded True Connection Ventures, an innovative consultancy agency. Lars previously held roles at 512CONCEPTS, WOW, Flogs International, and Sports & the City. Lars studied at Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 2000 to 2004.
