Maggie Paveza

CRO Strategist at The Good

Maggie Paveza began their career in 2014 as a User Research College Intern at Zappos Family of Companies, where they worked on a team with other interns performing usability studies and user research to build an insider tool, Outfit Builder. The team operated using agile project management in a scrum framework. In 2015, they moved on to UserTesting, where they served as a Research Assistant. In 2017, they joined The Good as a CRO Strategist, where they have been ever since.

Maggie Paveza holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Cognitive Science (HCI) from UC San Diego obtained in 2015. Maggie has also obtained three certifications from LinkedIn: UX Research Methods: Interviewing obtained in October 2021, Foundations of UX: Prototyping obtained in October 2016, and UX Design Techniques: Overview obtained in October 2016.
