Michaela Slezak

Michaela Slezak is a seasoned mental health professional currently serving as a Group Facilitator and Therapist at The Gooden Center since May 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Group Facilitator and Mental Health Technician at The Center of Resiliency from March 2022 to March 2023, and an MSW Intern with the University of Denver's Graduate School of Social Work from September 2021 to March 2022. Michaela has also held positions such as Director of Programs at Immersive Art Collective and Sexual Assault Advocate at Strength United. Early career experience includes a Guest Services Associate role at Ronald McDonald House Charities. Michaela obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Denver (2020-2023) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Acting from AMDA College and Conservatory of the Performing Arts (2013-2016).
