Jerelyn Botkin

Jerelyn Botkin, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Director at The Goodman Group, LLC since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jerelyn was a Senior Workforce Development Specialist at Community Medical Center from May 2018 to September 2022, focusing on staff and leadership development, including orientation, performance evaluations, and compliance training. Jerelyn also held the position of Director of Human Resources at the University of Montana Foundation from November 2013 to December 2017, managing all HR operations with an emphasis on recruitment and retention. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at both Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi and Del Norte Credit Union, and earlier positions in front office management and eco-tourism advising. Jerelyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Management from Washington State University and a certificate in Human Resources Management from UNM Anderson School of Management.
