Jen Farnsworth, SHRM-SCP, MSW (she, her, hers)

Jen Farnsworth has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jen began their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Overnite Transportation in 1995, where they worked until 2005. From there, they moved on to become the Human Resources Director at the Virginia Home for Boys and Girls, holding the position from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they served as a Global Recruitment and Benefits Specialist at ChildFund International from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they joined PrecisionIR Group as the Global Human Resources Director and worked until 2012. In 2012, they founded Dahlia Photography and worked as the Owner/Photographer until 2013. After that, they became the VP of Human Resources & Administration at Private Advisors, LLC, a position they held until 2016. Currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources at The Goulet Pen Company.

Jen Farnsworth has a diverse educational background. Jen completed their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at Virginia Commonwealth University from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sociology from Longwood University between 1990 and 1992. In addition, they attended Virginia Tech from 1988 to 1990.
