Director Of Giving And Impact at The Granite YMCA

Jessica Riendeau-Goodine's work experience includes various roles in different organizations. Jessica began their career at Franklin Pierce University as a Community Service Coordinator, where they served as a liaison to community agencies and facilitated access to services for students.

Jessica then worked with AmeriCorps as an Afterschool Program Coordinator, creating programs for youth and providing a Girl Scout program for girls in the Nashua area.

Jessica later joined Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountain, where they held multiple positions. Jessica served as a Program Director and Unit Leader at a camp, overseeing program development for girls ages 6-18. Jessica also worked as a Troop/Group Program Manager and Program Specialist, developing and implementing girl programming for thousands of Girl Scout members.

Next, they served as the Director of General Business at the High Hopes Foundation of New Hampshire, where they provided experiences to children with serious or chronic illnesses.

Jessica then joined the National MS Society as a Program Specialist, focusing on expanding referral resources and partnerships, establishing relationships with legislators, and increasing the number of volunteers for MS care.

Currently, they are working at The Granite YMCA in various roles. Jessica started as a Development Coordinator, ensuring donor stewardship and collaborating with the Board of Trustees to create a fund development plan. Jessica then became the Director of Annual Giving, overseeing the annual campaign and managing fundraising events. Their most recent role is Director of Giving and Impact, where they are responsible for the administration and direction of the YMCA's teen outreach programs and community partnerships.

Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated strong leadership and program development skills while supporting various organizations' missions.

Jessica Riendeau-Goodine completed their high school education at Milford High School from 1996 to 2000. Jessica then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice at Franklin Pierce University from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Jessica has obtained several certifications related to nonprofit management and board governance. In October 2015, they completed the "Stewarding Resources for the Long Run" certification at the NH Center for Nonprofits. In August 2015, they also obtained the "Strategic Practices of High-Impact Boards" certification from the same institution. Jessica further enhanced their understanding of board governance and accountability by completing the "Governing in the 21st Century Ethics and Accountability in the Boardroom" certification in May 2015. Moreover, they have undertaken the "Volunteerism: Activating Community to Advance Our Cause" certification under the supervision of the YMCA of the USA in November 2016. Their most recent certification, "NH Grants Institute," was obtained in July 2017 from the NH Center for Nonprofits.
