Matt Schwinden

Matt Schwinden has over 10 years of experience in the recruitment field. Matt'scareer began in 2011 as a Staffing Consultant for Revel Consulting. In 2012, they took on roles as a Business Development Manager for Q Analysts LLC and a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Wipro Technologies. Matt then worked as a Technical Recruiter for Kforce in 2013, Amazon in 2014, and iSoftStone in 2014. In 2015, they joined Facebook as a Technical Recruiter and moved to Procore Technologies in 2019, where they held roles as a Team Lead, Tech Recruiting and a Sr. Staff Recruiter (Tech). Most recently, they have been the Lead Recruiter - Tech, IT, Product & Design for Workrise since 2021, and is currently the Head of Talent for The Graph since 2022.

Matt Schwinden attended the University of Washington from 2000 to 2005, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
