Todd Martter

Todd Martter is a professional who has been working at The Great Lakes Construction Company since 2000. Todd started as an estimator, then moved on to project engineer and is currently serving as a survey coordinator. Todd holds a BS in Construction Engineering with a focus on Survey & Construction from the University of Akron, graduated in 1996.
